General Rules & Safety

Check-out : 9:00AM Late check-out 10:00AM when pre-approved at least 24 hours before initial check-in in respect to our strict change over schedule.

• No parties or gatherings are permitted WITH NO EXCUSE. Parties and events are to be licensed and permitted ONLY through “PEERSPACE” and require permitting and written persimmon from ownership.

• NO appliances or third party devices that draw more power then a cell phone are permitted to be plugged into electrical outlets. NO Electric car charging, NO battery Charging, NO electric grills, NO fire pits, NO foreign to the resort fixtures or outdoor storage is permitted. The ONLY place guests can store ANYTHING is the drive way. Any belongings left on resort shared space will be immediately removed and disposed of.

• PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed up to 40LBs and must be pre-approved and kept on a leash at all times. NO OTHER ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED

• Town noise ordinance goes into effect every night at 11 pm. Any noise complaints will result in removal from the property without refund.

• Utilization of the #PlayHere assets require reservation and waiver signatures. Rules apply and not limited to Life vests must be on board any and all water vessels at all times. Use of any resort property including games and boats must be returned to their respectable area after immediate use.

• The resort's beach is an active Natural Oceanic Habitat.That is heavily monitored by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection - DEP. Stay out of roped off areas, Violation is criminal and will be treated as such.
